Brittany Moon grew up in Southern California and had an interest in medicine from a young age. During her physician assistant (PA) training, she gained particular interest and experience in general surgery, breast surgery and surgical oncology.
Since joining Surgical Specialists of Atlanta, Brittany has worked closely with Dr. Thomas Wood to provide comprehensive care to patients with needs for the management and treatment of benign and malignant breast diseases, high-risk breast cancer, gallbladder, appendix, hernias, skin lesions and more.
She enjoys the diversity and complexity of general and breast surgery as well as building relationships with her patients while addressing their concerns.
Away from the office, Brittany enjoys traveling, hiking, playing with her miniature Australian Shepherd and spending time with her fiancé, friends and family.
